Guided mindfulness meditation (9 minutes)

This short meditation helps you to ground and calm yourself. In just under 10 minutes, we become mindfully aware of our breath, then expand our attention to notice the sounds around as well as inside of us, then to our thoughts.
In this way, we practice to be more mindful and more aware, we cultivate to looking and listen carefully and learn to be more in the present moment while staying as non-judgemental as possible.
